Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth store operations and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Position Type

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills)
• Assist customers with shopping, process purchases, and maintain store cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform physical tasks including stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Prior retail experience preferred

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask efficiently
