Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time RN to join our team at our Newark, DE location. If you are a skilled nurse with experience in Home Healthcare and a passion for geriatric care, we offer a supportive environment, competitive compensation, and a range of benefits.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.
- Maintain IV proficiency or be willing to undergo training.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain a BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
