Job Description
ChristianaCare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse for our Home Care program. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and the ability to perform IV functions.
- Coordinate patient discharge planning.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
- Willingness to train and perform IV functions.
