Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse seeking to provide one-on-one care in a home health setting? Join ChristianaCare as a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across DE.
Responsibilities
- Improve the health and well-being of medically fragile patients through expert care delivery.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Nurture positive relationships with patients in a compassionate and courteous manner.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participate in a minimum of two weekend shifts monthly.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Completion of a two-week orientation in our Camden office and patient field orientation.
- Prior home health or Long Term Care experience is beneficial.
- Preference for tracheostomy and ventilator experience.

Standard Shifts: Day and Night shifts
Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday
