Job Description

Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
- Assist customers in their shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Follow cash handling procedures to reduce losses and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
