Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stocking merchandise and maintaining store appearance.
  • Operating the cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and assisting shoppers.
  • Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience in retail is a plus.
