Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and clean the store to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate with team members.
• Report feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of cash register operations and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred.
