Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a pivotal member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the premises. Your role will involve collaborating with the Aldi team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
- Capacity to work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is advantageous
