Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, stock shelves, and maintain the store's appearance. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
