Responsibilities
- Assist customers in the return process of rental cars with a friendly and courteous attitude.
- Manage key exchange, mileage recording, gas level inspection, and vehicle damage documentation efficiently.
- Utilize computer systems to process car check-ins accurately.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout all interactions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Availability to work outdoors and in varying shifts.
- Prior retail customer service experience (6 months preferred).
