Job Description
As a Team Leader at Store 7139 with Jack in the Box, you will be the first-line operational supervisor responsible for training and leading team members in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your role includes ensuring top-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all JIB procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and may need ServSafe certification. Excellent interpersonal, math, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required. Basic knowledge of personal computers and software applications is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk most of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and attend to various tasks within the restaurant.
