Metro Dentalcare in St. Louis Park, MN is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care with full clinical autonomy.
• Collaborate with the patient care team for optimal care delivery.
• Maintain patient screening and medical history documentation.

Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in MN.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and dentistry.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• New Graduate or years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in using dental tools and technologies.
• Desire for continued learning and patient care improvement.
• Ability to meet clinical needs effectively.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for training sessions.
