Dental Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Fairview Dental Care. This position offers a $5000 sign-on bonus and a stable schedule from Monday to Thursday with no evenings or weekends required. The successful candidate will work with a collaborative team in a fun environment, providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities

• Provide elite clinical care and advocacy for patients.
• Work collaboratively with the patient care team to deliver exceptional care.
• Participate in mentor programs and educational opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current or soon-to-be licensed dental hygienist in Missouri.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient care.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• Previous clinical experience is a plus.
• Experience with advanced dental technologies and record-keeping systems.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and growth in clinical skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Capability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic training sessions.
