Physical Therapist Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments, provide direct patient care, and assess medical conditions.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• Hold CPR Certification.
