Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient care.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• New Graduate or years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in using dental equipment and digital systems.
• Desire for continual learning and improvement of clinical skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic training sessions.
