We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in the store's success by overseeing day-to-day activities, enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering team development.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 38 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $23.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to drive store performance improvement.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members for achieving desired results.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance and growth.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products effectively, and ensure product quality and freshness.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues when necessary, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Experience in interpreting company policies and procedures, setting goals, and guiding employee performance.
  • Prior management experience and retail background preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
