Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in the store's success by overseeing day-to-day activities, enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering team development.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 38 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $23.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to drive store performance improvement.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members for achieving desired results.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance and growth.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products effectively, and ensure product quality and freshness.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues when necessary, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Experience in interpreting company policies and procedures, setting goals, and guiding employee performance.
- Prior management experience and retail background preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
- Prior management experience is a plus.
