Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store issues
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous service
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Experience in retail environment preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
