Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store maintains its best appearance, assisting customers, stocking products, and cashiering. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in using a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
