Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. With a starting wage of $18.00 per hour and the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week, this position offers a competitive salary and valuable experience in the retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and support team members.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding product feedback and inventory.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
