Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
