Job Description
We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and report to store management.
- Handle inventory counts and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
