Job Description
As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling procedures
- Adhere to company policies, uphold security measures, and perform additional assigned tasks
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience a plus
- Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
