Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers with shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and ensure store security

Physical Demands

• Ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform general cleaning duties
• Must be able to work both independently and within a team, following instructions efficiently

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience being a plus
