Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the store's appearance.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a retail setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages based on state and local regulations.
