Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members and management.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- General cleaning duties and adherence to company standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
