Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and inviting shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
