Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will ensure exceptional customer service and contribute to an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and display merchandise neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
