Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to uphold the ALDI standard.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
- Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow cash policies to secure transactions and uphold company procedures.
- Adhere to safety and security guidelines, maintaining confidentiality.
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
