Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and assist customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory, handle cash transactions following policies, and adhere to company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Experience in retail operations and general cleaning preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
