Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Assist customers with shopping, process purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to the management team.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Proficient in operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
