Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties and use store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
