Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Physical Demands

Ability to stock merchandise and perform various physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
