Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you to take on the responsibilities of running your own store effectively. Your duties will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing operational plans, and mentoring your team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver excellent customer service.

- Handle customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain store signage and product quality standards.
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process.
- Prepare schedules and manage staffing levels.

- Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock management.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of retail operations and management principles.
- Experience operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Compliance with alcohol handling regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 3+ years of retail experience.
- Prior management experience is a plus.
