As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of effectively managing a store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing requirements, developing operational plans, and fostering team growth.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior management experience preferred.
