Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Primary Care team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, providers, and Office Supervisor to deliver exceptional patient care, maintain a high level of knowledge, and collaborate effectively with colleagues. The ideal candidate will uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimal patient care in a primary care setting.
• Be accessible and attentive to patient needs.
• Maintain a high level of medical knowledge.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• BLS training preferred.
