Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an Emergency Department Nurse at CVMC, you will play a crucial role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, caring for patients with various medical and psychiatric conditions. Our 24-bed unit sees an average of 80 patients daily, providing a challenging and rewarding experience for our nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages in the Emergency Department.
• Participate in treatments and procedures following established protocols and best practices.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities within the nursing field.

Requirements

• Active RN license with at least one year of clinical experience.
• Certifications in ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ESI, and AVADE are preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
