Private Duty Nurse LPN

Job Description

We are currently looking for Private Duty Nurses (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a private duty nurse, you will be responsible for delivering quality patient care, ensuring patient comfort, and providing support to patients and their families. Shift Availability

• Monday to Friday First Shifts: 9a-3p (school days)
• Monday to Friday First Shifts: 10 hours/day
• Weekend Days: 12 hours/day
• All Nights: 9 hours/night
• Monday to Friday Nights: 8 hours/night

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification (Hands-on BLS).

Responsibilities

- Deliver and coordinate quality patient care.

- Assess patient condition and report changes as needed.

- Document all activities and coordinate care efficiently.

- Implement and update nursing care plans.

- Provide patient education on self-care techniques and disease prevention.
