We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Cashiers and Stockers at ALDI. Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
- Operate registers, perform general cleaning duties, and ensure shelves are stocked neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Follow merchandising guidelines to create attractive product displays.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Stock shelves with fresh products and operate machinery safely.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of company products and services.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
