Physical Therapist Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Proficient in conducting home visit Physical Therapy assessments and direct patient care.
• Experience in EMR documentation is a plus but not required.
• CPR Certification.
