Physical Therapy Specialist Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Perform home visit assessments to evaluate medical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation potential.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation.
• Current CPR Certification.
