Rehabilitation Therapist Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Proficient in conducting home visit assessments and providing direct patient care.
- Experience in EMR documentation is a plus.
- CPR Certification.
