Rehabilitation Therapist Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Proficient in conducting home visit Physical Therapy assessments.
- Experience with EMR documentation (Hello Note experience is a plus).
- CPR Certification.
