Rehabilitation Therapist Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Perform home visit Physical Therapy assessments, providing direct patient care to evaluate medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
- Proficient in EMR documentation; experience with Hello Note is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Hold CPR Certification.
