Job Description

We are looking for a Scheduler/Billing Specialist to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a Community Program Center for Women's Health Clinical Materials Analyst, you will play a crucial role in charge capture, materials management, and scheduling responsibilities in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate daily charge capture.
• Collaborate with department and hospital leadership to address billing discrepancies.
• Generate and distribute usage reports and maintain the Charge Master.
• Schedule OR and delivery cases on the labor and delivery floor.
• Propose project solutions to improve processes.
• Take ownership of assignments and handle additional duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively within and across departments to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work or school experience.
• Preferred: Healthcare-related degree and experience in revenue cycle or clinical operations.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
• Preferred: Prior billing or scheduling experience.
