Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the store operates efficiently and provides exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
