Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash management procedures and company policies.
  • Operate equipment safely and perform general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in using a cash register and operating store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
