Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with the best shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are neat and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Skilled in general cleaning duties and equipment operation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail work experience.
