Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store staff, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained while offering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Participate in inventory management and monitor product accuracy.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
