Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and essential store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
