Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain orderly merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visits.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock monitoring.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
